おかげさまでHUCOS協同建設株式会社は、創立50周年という大きな節目を迎えることができました。

この50年の歩みは、住まいづくりをお任せいただいたお客様をはじめ、地域の皆さま、協力業者の皆さま、そして会社を支えてくれたスタッフ一人ひとりのお力添えがあってこそ実現できたものです。心より感謝申し上げます。

HUCOSはこれまで、「家を建てること」を目的とするのではなく、「豊かな暮らしをつくること」を大切にしながら歩んでまいりました。

私たちが目指すのは、自然と調和し、人にも地球にもやさしい住まいづくりです。木や土、石といった自然素材を活かし、エネルギー消費を抑えながら快適に暮らせる住まいを提案することで、住む人の健康と環境の未来を守りたいと考えています。

そして、この50周年という節目の年に、私たちの新たな住まいづくりへの想いを形にしたコンセプトハウスをオープンいたしました。これからの時代に求められる暮らし方や環境への配慮、そしてHUCOSらしい家づくりの提案を詰め込んだ住まいとなっています。

また、私たちは地域に根差した企業として、このまちとともに成長してきました。家づくりを通じてお客様の人生に寄り添い、地域の景観や文化を大切にしながら、次の世代へより良い環境を引き継いでいくことも私たちの使命だと考えています。

時代が変わり、住まいに求められる価値も変化しています。しかし、「人と自然、そして地域をつなぐ家づくり」という想いは、これからも変わることはありません。

50周年はゴールではなく、新たなスタートです。

これからの50年も、「暮らしの近くに小さな森を」という想いを胸に、自然と共生する住まいづくりと、地域に必要とされる企業を目指して挑戦を続けてまいります。

We are honored to announce that HUCOS Kyodo Kensetsu Co., Ltd. is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

This milestone would not have been possible without the trust and support of our customers, local community members, business partners, and dedicated staff who have walked alongside us throughout the years. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to our journey.

Since our founding, our mission has never been simply to build houses, but to create richer and more fulfilling lifestyles for the people who live in them.

At HUCOS, we strive to create homes that exist in harmony with nature—homes that are kind to both people and the environment. By utilizing natural materials such as wood, earth, and stone, and by designing energy-efficient living spaces, we aim to support the health of our residents while helping to preserve the future of our planet.

To mark this 50-year milestone, we have also opened a new Concept House that embodies our vision for the future of housing. It showcases our latest ideas for sustainable living, environmental responsibility, and the unique approach to homebuilding that defines HUCOS.

As a company deeply rooted in our local community, we have grown together with the region we serve. Through our work, we strive not only to support our customers’ lives but also to protect local landscapes, respect cultural heritage, and pass on a better environment to future generations.

While times change and expectations for housing continue to evolve, our commitment to connecting people, nature, and community through thoughtful homebuilding remains unchanged.

Our 50th anniversary is not a destination—it is the beginning of a new chapter.

With our guiding vision, “Bringing a Small Forest Closer to Everyday Life,” we will continue to pursue sustainable housing and contribute to the communities we serve for the next 50 years and beyond.
